Terms and Conditions for Laundry Services    
1.    Service Agreement    
•    By using our laundry services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.    
•    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.    

2.    Garment Care and Label Compliance    
•    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items comply with their care labels.    
•    We will follow the care instructions provided on the labels, but we are not liable for damage caused by manufacturer defects or incorrect labeling.    

3.    Damaged or Missing Items    
•    While we take great care with your garments, we are not responsible for items damaged due to:    
•    Pre-existing conditions such as stains, weak fabric, or loose embellishments.    
•    Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, keys, or money).    
•    Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase or evidence of damage.    

4.    Delivery and Pickup    
•    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive or drop off the laundry.    

5.    Uncollected Laundry    
•    Uncollected laundry will be stored for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, items may be donated or disposed of.    

6.    Prohibited Items    
•    Customers must not include hazardous materials, items with flammable substances, or items prohibited by law in their laundry.    

7.    Payment Terms    
•    All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed.    
•    We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the company.    

8.    Limitations of Liability    
•    Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to ten times the service cost for the affected garment.    
•    We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

Warranties for Laundry Services    
1.    Service Guarantee    
•    We guarantee your laundry will be cleaned using industry-standard techniques and delivered in a professional condition.    

2.    Stain Treatment    
•    We will make reasonable efforts to remove stains. However, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal, especially for pre-set or stubborn stains.    

3.    Fabric Safety    
•    We guarantee to use appropriate detergents and cleaning methods for the fabric type specified on care labels.    

4.    Timely Delivery    
•    We strive to meet promised delivery timelines. If we fail to deliver on time due to our fault, we will waive or discount the service fee at our discretion.    

5.    Re-Cleaning Policy    
•    If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning quality, we offer one complimentary re-cleaning, provided it is requested within 24 hours of delivery.
